Very hospitable with good quality. Always worth a stop.

The inn is located directly on the B10. So far we had only driven past it. On our recent tour in the Palatinate Forest, we ordered by phone on the way home and took the food home with us. Our order was very friendly. We had schnitzel and cordon bleu with french fries and salad. The portions were very generous and absolutely delicious.

We were here for the first time today. On the go, we spontaneously ordered schnitzel with chips and salad to take away. The food was ready to be picked up in just under 30 minutes, as previously announced by phone, then after a 10-minute drive in the containers it was still very warm and really tasty.

We were guests there on Saturday evening. We were greeted in an unfriendly manner by an older woman and we were assigned a small table in the middle, which we did not find bad in an unpleasant command tone which we again did not like. Food was great, the lady's tone of command didn't work. That was not the reason why she was particularly friendly and courteous.

We always like to go there. The rooms are tidy, the food is very good, and the staff is friendly. I don't know if some people just exaggerate, and very much! I'm looking forward to our next visit.

Often drove by here and always wanted to stop by. We stopped by yesterday on the way home. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. The food came very quickly and the staff was very nice too. Will definitely come back again.

The breakfast was just outstanding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and well maintained. Unfortunately a bit noisy due to the traffic on the main road during the week, but no problem with the windows closed. Kitchen was very good despite the use of flavor enhancers. Probably in ready-made sauces or salad dressing. All in all, however, highly recommended. We thank you for the great stay.

Hello, my name is Silvia. We have been visiting their restaurant for many years and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately it was the last time for us yesterday. Reason: First of all, the food was not the reason it was, as always, top !!! Unfortunately we were received quite unintentionally. In my opinion, the elderly lady had no desire for guests! We have never been served so unkindly in our whole life. What a shame we always enjoyed being with them

We were there for lunch in September with 6 people. The offer was neat. Wiener (veal) schnizel and (pork) corden bleu were impeccable, the Jägerschnitzel were (in my opinion) drowned in a sauce from the package with canned mushrooms. The fried potatoes were supported with a little onions (but without bacon), but would have liked to have stayed in the pan for 2 minutes longer to get a little crisper. The side salad was average. Unfortunately, the atmosphere on the B10 (4-lane) has something of a motorway service station. The name "Landgasthaus" is misleading in my opinion. but strong. The staff is experienced and attuned to the clientele.

We stopped at this restaurant last week on our way home. We are absolutely thrilled. Service (the lady with the cat mask :-)) was very quick and very friendly. Our order was super fast and the food (steak and schnitzel with spaetzle and salad) was sensational. Looking forward to the next tour in the area to be able to stop there again.

Very disappointed! We always loved going there, but today was the icing on the cake! Not to be recommended during corona times! When we came we were sat at a table in the outside area, which was still dirty from the previous guest ... than after 5 minutes. was still not wiped ... we changed the table to the indoor area, received there unfriendly and annoyed / overwhelmed ... got a completely covered children's chair, which we had to clean ourselves with disinfectant wipes we had brought with us ... when we were there said the waitress "oh well, I would have cleaned it up" that doesn’t work at all, it’s heard before it’s placed in front of you, cleaned and disinfected and not only when you’ve been nudged on it! The waitress had the mask under her nose the whole time, served and collected about 20 people without disinfecting their hands once. When the food came she put the hot fries / plates right within reach of the smallest in the high chair. She was totally overwhelmed with everything .... and then there was the bang when we paid she asked if we had prospered because we had three children with us and were not the first with several children that day! By the way ... we didn't know this person. It was different ... a shame! This was definitely the very last time we visited this restaurant!

Super fine food. I had the onion roast beef from the Argentinean pasture and my husband had schnitzel with chanterelles. Plus a huge amount of homemade spaetzle. Decorate a delicious salad with watermelon beforehand. Very good quality at reasonable prices.

We like it. Good simple dishes on the table pretty quickly. Outside area mostly well attended at the moment, but we still got a place.

Extra cost for drinks if you don't eat. Expensive beers. Never again !👎

Actually a nice inn. Service quick and friendly. Eat good. But too expensive for this location directly on the extremely loud B10. At least if you want to sit outside. You can hardly talk about noise.

Food top at great prices. Service very friendly. No long waiting times. We recommend. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

Expansive not nice waitress paid parking for nothink without toilet shower internet. Dusthole.

The soup and salad were delightful and the staff entertaining.

Didn't eat there, but needed water for our car's radiator. Since these people didn't mind giving us some at no charge, they deserve a 5 star rating.

One of the few restaurants that I go to since I was a child! Always good, traditional German and Regional food! Will return again!

Food is always excellent when we eat here. The service is impeccable. They offer delicious homemade regional specialties.

We loved everything about this restuarant. It was cozy, the staff were great and the food was amazing. I had deer goulash. It is just what I think of when I crave German food. YUM!

Excellent traditional hostelry with superb local food and great service - maybe slightly old-fashioned for some but I loved the place and will definitely back when I'm in the area, even if I have to detour slightly. Lots of parking; big area adjacent handy for HGVs and large campers.

Seems a very popular stop, and the size was incredible. We stopped because it looked interesting, but was blown away by the food. My wife and I each had something from the daily specials and we didn't go wrong. Highly recommend to anyone who happens to find themselves nearby- worth the trip.

What a wonderful restaurant right off the road! Excellent service, wonderful food, friendly staff - what more could you ask for!

Good for stopover Was traveling professionally on a Monday lunchtime in the area. The country inn is conveniently located just off the B10. It was very busy, cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly. The food was prepared quickly, and tasted good. The prices are not particularly cheap, but appropriate. Have paid for my food including appetizer salad and small mineral water just under € 20. If you are passing through, you can take a good break here

Owner waited till after midnight to welcome us as snow delayed us by 8 hours Fabulous breakfast the next morning included boiled eggs

It's OK but lil pricey and they don't have proper milk for tea or coffee

The reviews say friendly staff and kid friendly. They are both true. The food was great and very quick. The outdoor seating is perfect when the sun goes down a bit. All in all a great experience.

We went here for 1 night. Easy to access, just one lane of the highway. The schnitzels are unbelievable delicious! The desserts are a little less.. The room we had was for 2, just a bed a TV and a bathroom, witch couldn't be locked though. Further the beds were a little bit small, so were the blankets. Breakfast is nice and quick At the end, it's a great place to stay for a single night with a supper and breakfast.
